Event Rules:
1)Event hoster must have at least 10 people wanting to participate. (5 people on a private event.)
2)Event hoster must have a pre-event meeting with the staff member they wish to purchase.
3)Event hoster must have at least 1/2 the amount of prizes as the amount of people attending. (Depending on the event. The staff member may or may not come with prizes)
4)Event hoster MUST post thier event on the forums with the events deatils included. (If it is a public event.)
5)Event hoster must have all funds paid by the time of the pre-event meeting. (Unless the event is set out for more than 1 week.)
6)Maximum amount of time you may set out an event is 2 weeks. Minimum is 24 hours.
7) The event hosters will not give the event prizes!

Here are the current prices for an event.

Staff costs:(These are the prices for a staff member to aid in hosting the event.)
Game Master- 500k
Officer-300k
Event Master-250k

Event Hall:
Public Use-200k
Private Use-300k

If there are any changes to the event you need to let staff know a minimum of 12 hours before the event. If you fail to do so there will be a 150k hassle fee, that will need to be paid to the staff member before you may continue with your event. (After recieving the 150k we will re-schedule your event to a time that is more convieniant for you.) So please make sure that you can fulfill your request before we meet with you.

If you cancel the event then you will be charged 50k. If you refuse to pay the money you will be taken to jail until you pay the 50k plus a bail fee of 75k. (You may have other players pay your bail fee, but you must pay your own 50k. You MAY use another one of your characters to collect the money.) Even if your bail is paid you WILL NOT leave jail until we recieve the original 50k charge.You only have bail rights if we tell you.

If you curse, spam, or flame a staff member for taking you to jail....no questions asked you will be banned. Event planning is serious thing. You need to think of the staff when planning an event. We barely have enough time to do these events for you. As we are busy making items and maps for you guys to enjoy. Remember we are NOT getting paid to do the things that we do. It is all just because we think that you deserve something fun to play, and deserve a good time while you play. So please be mature about getting jailed, afterall it isn't OUR fault you are being taken/put there.

Anyways off that beaten trail, just make sure that you have all the information that we require for the event. Also make sure that you can fulfill the event. If you cancel the event within 8 hours of submitting the request you WILL NOT be charged for it. However if you do it more than once you will be charged half of the normal cancellation fee. (25k) If you do it a third time you will be charged the full 50k, and possibly be jailed. (Depending on how far apart the incidences are.) So make sure to follow the guidelines, and all is swell. We hope that you plan your events carefully, and hope that many of you will decide to host many, many events. Have fun. <3

Its me again. I forgot to mention if you would like a staff member to come with more prizes than normal (remember they could decide to not have any at ALL) you may pay a small fee of 10k, and the staff member will be required to come with events. Game Masters may event create items especially for that event. (Depending on the size of the event you are hosting. Thats all I have for now. If anything else arises myself, or another staff member will post it up.
